Lena Lucas
Lena Lucas, is the principal of Metamorphosis consulting – a sustainability strategy advisory firm. The firm specializes in advising on Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and tactics that accomplish revenue growth and margin improvements and create a positive social impact in local communities.
Lucas started her consulting practice in 2005. Since then she had engagements with various clients in B2B and B2C industries. Some of the industries served are construction, furniture manufacturing, printing, publishing, financial services, storage and wellness industries as well as not-for-profit organizations.
Lena is a graduate of the MBA marketing program from Indiana University Kelly School of Business. She brings to the firm an executive management experience in marketing from her past as a Regional B2B Marketing Director for Sun Chemical (Russian/Ukrainian branches) and IT consulting expertise from Thomson Consumer Electronics.
Lucas is also a founder of Indiana Green Business and Community Alliance – local grassroots tactical marketing agency based in Indianapolis. It provides PR and local events promotional services
Lucas uniquely combines corporate management consulting experience with an expertise of a small business owner. This combination allows delivering a unique perspective in the strategic planning process as well as in tactical implementation programs.

Tom Barrett
Tom Barrett is the principal of Metamorphosis consulting. He has over thirty years of strategic marketing industry experience and is an accomplished corporate growth and change agent. Tom’s leadership experience, holding executive level positions, drives corporate revenue growth through change and innovation for business start-ups, corporate expansions, and divisional turnarounds.
Mr. Barrett has held leadership positions at industry leading companies that include: Rain Bird, Kenney Machinery, Ewing, Netafim, and MacAllister Machinery. Some of Tom’s projects can be seen at Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, the Gates residence in Seattle, and Aqualand — the largest inclined green roof in the country. He has won awards in quality and process improvement, and is a frequent contributor of articles for numerous publications.
Tom is a board member for the Hoosier Environmental Council, Indiana Nursery and Landscape Association and Encore Vocal Performing Arts. Tom is past communications chair of the Irrigation Association, and an approved instructor.
